A New Ballpark for the St. Louis Cardinals
A 1,300,000 sq. ft. new baseball facility. It includes 42,500 seats and 90 suites. The stadium is the new home of MLB's St. Louis Cardinals. DeLuca Plumbing was hired on a Design Assist/Build basis on this project.
100 above the park apartments
As one of the iconic buildings designed by Studio Gang, this 385 ft tall residential and commencial building was made to increase the number of windows and amount of green space while decreasing the air conditioning and environmental costs of a typical skyscraper.
Butler brothers building
Spanning a full city block on Olive St., this historic warehouse building was remodeled into a mixed-use residential and commercial building that incorporated the building's historic design elements into the modern amenities and features of the mixed-use building. It includes 384 apartments, office space, restaurants, and a bar space on the street level.
shell building
A renovation of the historic Shell Petroleum building transformed the building into 2 Hilton Hotels: The Home 2 Suites with 126 hotel rooms and the Tru hotel with 75 hotel rooms.
AC mariott in clayton
Built in the heart of downtown Clayton at the former headquarters of the Clayton Police Department, the vibrant and safe neighborhood was chosen as the newest location for the AC Mariott. The 11-story, 207-guest room hotel focuses on business and leisure travel with its rooftop bar and public restaurant.

Catering to millennial travelers. this new AC Mariott is built in the popular Central West End. At 7 stories tall and holding 192 guest rooms, it was designed with modern amenities and curated Spanish and European food and beverages, but the hotel still fits in perfectly with the trendy and walkable area.
residential inn in clayton
Although it isn't the biggest hotel in Clayton, the 170-room hotel is Clayton's newest hotel in 30 years and is situated just across from Shaw Park. This 12-story Hilton hotel was created for travelers desiring extended-stays and includes 3300 square feet of meeting space on the second floor with an outdoor terrace and a bar. In addition, guests enjoy complimentary breakfast, a 1500 square foot fitness center, and a guest laundry area.
vande east apartments at the city foundry
Rising 14-stories into the sky and holding 270 apartments, this new apartment building is situated at the City Foundry and is part of Stage 2 of their construction plans. It includes a rooftop park, a pool, and a covered dog park while the ground floor features office and retail space to compliment the popular City Foundry Food Hall down the street. As part of Stage 2, an 83000 square foot office building was built, making it St. Louis's first mass timber structure, built completely out of wood.
delmar divine apartments
Built as a mixed-use area that includes 150 apartments and office spaces for 33 nonprofit tenants, it aims to "bridge the Delmar Divide." Built where St. Luke's Hospital once stood, the ambitious project transformed 500,000 square feet of space into residential apartments and a large commercial space, both of which we completed.
Chase park plaza
The historic renovation we completed included the 4th through 9th floors of the upscale hotel near Forest Park is in the center of nightlife near The Loop. DeLuca Plumbing did over 95% of the job using their own forces, completing the job ahead of schedule.
Ballpark village & live by loews!
This eight-story upscale hotel, part of the second phase of Ballpark Village and located directly across from Busch Stadium, features 216 luxury guest rooms, 19 suites, and an exclusive fitness facility. The 17,000 sq. ft. meeting and special event space will feature views of Busch Stadium, downtown St. Louis, and the Gateway Arch. The space also includes a grand ballroom, an executive boardroom, break-out meeting rooms, and an exclusive outdoor event terrace.A Great Room Lounge and Outdoor Terrace located on the first floor provides guests with premier food and beverage offerings, private dining, and an exciting A/V space that will showcase sports, entertainment, and art.
Ballpark village & Cardinal nation
Ballpark Village is St. Louis’ first development designed to deliver the excitement of the game day experience outside the stadium walls. This space has been specifically designed for Anheuser-Busch’s Budweiser Brew House, a world-class Cardinals Hall of Fame Museum that includes a Cardinals-themed restaurant, and features a seating deck overlooking the Stadium. These destination venues are connected by public event space known as the FOX Sports Midwest Live!

In downtown St.Louis, the Ballpark Village where the St.Louis Cardinals baseball team plays, is getting a major expansion that includes an 8 story loft building situated right across from the stadium, making it the perfect place to watch the game.

Located in downtown St.Louis, the 10 story building includes a pool, workout center, atrium, and numerous hotels and apartments.
The Plaza in Clayton
The Plaza in Clayton is one of the largest design-build projects of its kind in the United States and was finished in less than 20 months after construction began. This fast-tracked project is a 30-story residential tower has changed the St. Louis skyline and offers luxury residences ranging from 2,293 to 7,608 square feet.
