Located at one of the top colleges in St.Louis, Lindenwood is expanding and used our company as the plumbers for their 2 new dorm buildings built for student housing.
WAsh U Student housing
As part of a larger ongoing contract with DeLuca Plumbing, Wash U is building several dorms and college buildings which DeLuca Plumbing is doing the entire plumbing for.
WASh u Biological research & nano lab
These buildings are only 2 among over 10 more college and student housing buildings which DeLuca plumbing has the entire plumbing contract for.
Vashon high school
Located in downtown St.Louis, the 2 story, basketball playing high school required a trench drain which was taken care of by DeLuca Plumbing.
The New Fort Zumwalt East high school
The high school will include a 5-story classroom tower, two gymnasiums, an auditorium, a cafeteria, and shop facilities. Also, an Athletic complex will be built that includes football/soccer track/stadium, baseball field, two softball fields, 2 soccer fields, a football practice field, and 7 tennis courts.
East Central College
East Central College's 51,800 sq.ft. building houses the college's New Nursing, Health and Science Building. The New Nursing, Health and Science Building contains two lecture halls, eight science labs, five classrooms, three nursing labs, an ambulance bay, three computer labs, science stock rooms and prep rooms, offices, and a conference room.
Cardinal Ritter Prep
The new 83,000 sq.ft. campus is now home to nearly 400 students. A full athletic field accommodates football and track, and there's room for tennis courts to be built in the future. The field features lights, sprinkler and sound systems, bleachers to hold 800 fans, and an electronic scoreboard. An athletic building, containing lockers and restrooms, sits nearby. A 140 sq.ft. lot provides parking for students, faculty, and staff.
CBC Preparatory - Design Build
The 245,000-square-foot facility required constructing 52 classrooms and 11 specialty classrooms including an art room, a fine arts room, biology labs, and computer instruction areas. The campus contains a 380-seat performing arts center, 300-seat chapel, 500-seat dining area, and a 1,800-seat gymnasium. A 3,000-seat stadium faces the school’s athletic fields. On campus parking is roomy enough for 575 cars.
Hazelwood SouthEast, Central, & North Middle Schools
The 3 middle schools accommodate up to 900 students in grades six through eight. Each school includes three levels of classrooms, a media center, commons/cafeteria area, and a gym that can double as a theater with a stage. The schools also feature a new track, football/soccer field and asphalt play area with basketball hoops.
Cottleville Municipal Center
A new 15,888 sq.ft. city hall and police station for the City of Cottleville, Missouri. The facility is a sustainable "Green" Design - one of the first for a municipality in St. Charles County
