CENTENE UNIVERSITY EARLY CARE EDUCATION CENTER
Built in Clayton where the Maryland School once operated, this dual use building is a part of the Centene University Program which hosts leadership programs for Centene employees. The company also plans to use the building as an early childhood development center for the children of Centene employees.
Amazon warehouse
This 270,000 square foot warehouse was built as a sort center to facilitate package sorting by zip code and then distribution for "last-mile delivery." The creation of this Berkeley-area Amazon facility created at least 500 new jobs.
delmar divine commercial space
Built as a mixed-use area that includes 150 apartments and office spaces for 33 nonprofit tenants, it aims to "bridge the Delmar Divide." Built where St. Luke's Hospital once stood, the ambitious project transformed 500,000 square feet of space into residential apartments and a large commercial space, both of which we completed.
The ameristar casino
In this monumental casino and hotel, DeLuca Plumbing worked on vessels 1 and 2, as well as the entertainment center
River city casino
As one of the first things seen crossing the bridge, the River City casino draws crowds from in and out of state with it's iconic look. We did the plumbing for the casino and garage to help maintain that iconic look.
Forest park boathouse
As more than 13 million visitors come to Forest Park each year, one of the main attractions is the huge lake and ponds that run throughout the park
nordstrom galleria
DeLuca LLC did the plumbing in the massive 2-story store in the Galleria mall.
